    • Slice the chicken thinly.

    • Mix the sauce:
      • oyster sauce 1 tbsp
      • regular soy sauce 1½ tsp
      • dark soy sauce 1 tsp
      • rice vinegar 1 tsp
      • sugar 1 tsp
